Meeting Dates and Locations
This year’s meetings include a full day of education sessions, events, opportunities to meet with vendors, as well as breakfast and lunch. We’ll also host a reception the evening prior to the meeting.
October 11-12 – Las Vegas, NV (evening reception on October 11 with a full day of education sessions and events on October 12)
The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Econo Lodge Franchisee Association.

This year’s meetings feature a variety of educational topics, a Q&A session with your association and representatives from Choice, a general session, and the opportunity to meet with vendors.

* To qualify for the hotel incentive gift card in any amount, the attendee must sign-in at the meeting and attend the entire meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting, the attendee must also complete the online form at RodewayOwners.com and upload the hotel receipt to qualify for the gift card. The online form and hotel receipt must be received within 30 days of the meeting date to qualify to receive the gift card. Only one gift card per property. Terms and conditions apply to gift card. For the Philadelphia meeting, attendees who stay at a Choice brand hotel within 10 miles of the host hotel can qualify for up to $150 gift card, based on the actual room rate. Rates at $100 or under will receive up to $100 gift card. Rates between $100 – $150 will receive up to $150 gift card. Gift card will not exceed room rate paid. The attendee cannot have an ownership interest or be an employee of the Choice brand hotel to qualify. All other restrictions apply. Attendees staying at the host hotel can qualify for a $200 gift card. Name on folio/receipt must match name of registered attendee. If you attended the meeting in Philadelphia and met the requirements, please click here to submit the details of your stay to qualify for the gift card.
For the Las Vegas meeting, to qualify for a $100 gift card, the attendee must stay overnight at the Luxor Las Vegas, register for and attend the entire Las Vegas Fall Meeting. All other restrictions apply.

All Rodeway Inn hotels were pre-billed for one registration on their August franchise invoice. The first additional registrant is free. Your hotel will be billed $50 per attendee for additional registrants.
