Annual Meeting & Board Elections 2026
Hello Rodeway Inn Owners and General Managers!
Join us for the Annual Meeting and Board of Directors elections during the Choice Convention at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Representatives from the ROA and Choice will be available to discuss important topics for the Rodeway brand and answer your questions.

Official Notice of Elections
At the Annual Meeting, elections will be held for directors representing:
- Region 2 – Southeast: AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN
- Region 4 – West: AK, AZ, CA, NV
ROA Board members, along with elected leaders, play a key role in communicating with Choice and shaping the direction of the Rodeway brand. Consider volunteering to serve on the Board—it’s a meaningful way to invest in your hotel and the broader Rodeway community.
For more information about serving on the Board, reach out to any current Board member. They can share insights on responsibilities, time commitments, and answer any questions you may have.
Nomination Criteria & Process
Nominees must meet the following requirements:
- Have a financial interest (owner, general partner, president, vice president, shareholder, or general manager) in a Rodeway Inn® hotel in the region you wish to represent and maintain this status during your term.
- Have held this position at an open and operating Rodeway Inn hotel for at least one year.
- Be present during the Annual Meeting and elections.
- Ensure the hotel is in good standing with all Choice Hotels’ policies.
- Cannot have more than 1% ownership (direct, indirect, or beneficial) in any company that owns a national or regional hotel brand, other than a Choice-owned chain. (This refers to ownership in the brand itself, not an individual hotel.)
All Rodeway Inn hotels in good standing are automatically members of the Rodeway Owners Association.
