The final training session will be held in Rockville, MD on June 28.
Whether you’re already using Rates Center or your installation is coming up, we want to help you become a system expert.
And as an added incentive, attendees who stay a minimum of one (1) night at the host hotel and attend the entire training segment can qualify to receive a $100 gift card and all attendees will have the opportunity to win door prizes.
Anyone at your hotel who will use Rates Center, including your General Manager, Front Desk Manager and Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on training for everyone at your hotel who plays a role in your rate and inventory management strategy.
There will be two sessions that will cover every aspect of Rates Center from the basics to in-depth options.
9 – 11:30 a.m. – Rates Center for New Users
This is an interactive session for new and soon-to-be Rates Center users. During the session, you will learn about the BAR Calendar, Rates Center 101, Rates Year Activity, Room Type Buckets, Rate Buckets, Rate Plans and more. Afterwards, we’ll take a deep dive into your hotel’s Rates Center database and provide personal coaching.
11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch provided
1 – 3:30 p.m. – Rates Center for Existing Users
This interactive session is for more experienced users. During the session, you will learn about Events, Selling Limits, Restrictions, Customization, Property Configuration and more. Learn how using these revenue and rates management features can help you make more money. Afterwards, we’ll take a deep dive into your hotel’s Rates Center database and provide personal coaching.
It’s up to you. If you are new to Rates Center, we encourage you to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions. If you are already using the system, the afternoon session is designed for you. Not sure? Talk to your Area Director or plan to attend both sessions. Even if you’re already using the system, a review of the basics is a great way to make sure you’re taking full advantage of the system.
The training session is free to all attendees. The only costs are your travel and overnight accommodations, if required.
